Your photos and your data

What we receive

The photo you drop, and nothing else. It is shrunk in your browser before being sent: the EXIF data, including the GPS position most devices write in, never leaves your phone.

What it is used for

Building your bust. It is passed to the sculpting engine that computes the volume, then kept for the duration of the order. It is never sold, never published, and never used by us to train anything.

For how long

With no order: 30 days, then the photo and the model are erased automatically. With an order: for as long as warranty and accounting obligations require.

Who can see it

You, through the secret link handed to your browser. The workshop, to print it. Nobody else: the file addresses cannot be guessed and are never put in a public cache.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, objection. A message to the address below is enough, with no justification needed. Erasure is done within 5 working days.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare R2 and D1. The sculpting engine is a third-party provider, to whom the photo is sent for the sole purpose of computing the volume.
