Who sells

STATURIA is an activity of Nexus Studios, Rue de Morat 7a, 2502 Biel, Switzerland. Prices are in Swiss francs.

What is sold

A 3D-printed object, sculpted from the photo you provide. A sculpture, not a cast: the likeness is that of a portrait, not an imprint.

Order and payment

The order is firm once confirmed. The invoice is sent by email with the confirmation, payable within 10 days. Production starts on payment.

Lead times

We quote 5 to 14 working days depending on size. An overrun entitles you to cancellation and a full refund, never to damages.

Returns

A personalised piece is not taken back: it cannot be resold. A manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge, on photo evidence, within 14 days of delivery.

Your rights in the image

You warrant that you have the right to use the photo you send. We make no commercial or public use of it without your written consent.

What we refuse

We refuse any order depicting a person without their consent, a minor without parental consent, or serving a plainly malicious purpose. Payment is then refunded.
